SORRY NO POSTS II

Hi everyone. Well it is taking me longer than i expected to get back on track and begin blogging on a regular basis. I am going to try to blog once every two weeks on most of my blogs, and maybe every week on a few. I think this is the only solution, as trying to post on 7-8 blogs a week is too much for me. Stay tuned for opinions of interest right here.

FAVOURITE INSTRUMENTS

This post is connected to my post on my favourite instruments that is on my Front Page. I want to talk about why i like the ones i do.

DEPTH
Drums, i especially like drum sets (2 on list), are depth instruments. For me, these instruments make music more full and alive, drums being for me the best depth instrument.
The electic bass guitar (4 on my list) is another depth instrument, adding volume to what it is played in (i love it when a bass opens a song).

SURFACE BEAUTY
Instruments that are beautiful in sound but i find i can’t listen to for long without other instruments to add depth, especially depth instruments. Cello, saxophone, trombone, viola, xylophone, etc. are examples on surface beauty instruments.

DEPTH & SURFACE BEAUTY
The acoustic guitar is my favourite instrument because it is portable and because more than any instrument it has both depth and surface beauty.
The banjo (3) and the ukekalaylee (5) (?) i like because they are for me quite close to being like the acoustic guitar, having both depth and surface beauty. I also like them because they have a special aliveness to them because they are small and played quite fast.
The Small Harp (6 on my list) i like because the sound is beautiful. This would be a surface beauty and depth instrument for me, but leaning more toward surface beauty.
The fiddle (7) i like for its liveliness, but for me it is more toward surface beauty and has less depth than those above.

KISSING

Recently i was thinking about how well lips were made for kissing:

  1. they are red/pink in colour making it easy to see and target them and also making them quite attractive.
  2. they are soft, making them very pleasant to kiss.
  3. they are nicely shaped, which makes them attractive.
  4. they have loads of nerve endings-ditto with very pleasant to kiss.

I am very thankful for lips.
